Hockey off-ice training

Hockey off-ice training needs to be your main priority in the off-season.  This is where speed and power can be gained.   Who out there is on the ice all summer?  Put your skates away for 3 months and follow the Hockey Speed and Power manual and I guarantee you when the season starts you will be much faster, stronger, have great first stride power and will dominate your tryouts and your season will be a great success.  Don’t wait-you need 4 months of intense hockey specific training to really excel.

Kevin Miehm is an ex-NHL'er with over 15 years of professional hockey experience in the NHL, IHL, and European Elite Leagues.
